By accessing and using CloudForge Academy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

1. Use of Service

You agree to use CloudForge Academy only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. Enrolled courses are for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, materials, and resources are the intellectual property of CloudForge Academy or the respective instructors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. Sharing course access with others not enrolled is a violation of these terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of enrollment for courses where less than 20% of content has been accessed. Contact support for assistance.
